After graduating in Business from Bournemouth University, England, she immigrated to the States and made her home in San Diego. With over seventeen years experience in Sales and Marketing and Public Relations for Fortune 500 companies, such as Nordstrom and Barnes & Noble, Helen left the corporate world to start her own company, Mastery of Manifesting.

Since then she has helped her clients manifest the life of their dreams whilst pursuing her own dreams, proving that anything is possible.

She is currently working on her book that teaches the reader the specific tools to manifest their hearts' desires, and to release the blocks that have prevented them from doing so in the past.
